I was able to get my camera to capture the water flowing off the roof, but the picture was always dark. Can someone tell me how to get the picture to not be so dark, it was very cloudy and rainy outside but I couldnt seem to get it any brighter.

the only thing I can think of is try using a flash?? But I'm not sure.
it was through the window so a flash would just bounce right off. It didnt look that dark outside when i took it. Thanks for your input!
I like it that way, but I hope you can find a way around it. I am no expert...maybe over expost some more...use a tripod...more open apature?
I played with every setting on my camera so not sure. But maybe cause it was so dark thats all I could do. If i was outside I coudl have used a flash i guess. Oh well. I was just happy to try and capture the raindrops.
I like the water. I am thinking a flash would help.
